"Where did you put them last?"

「妳最後把它們放在哪？」

"In my cubby, but when I went to take them home, they were gone!"

「在我的置物格裡，但當我回家前去拿的時候，它們就不見了。」

"Maybe you put them somewhere else, and forgot! That happens to me all the time!"

「也許妳把它們放在其他地方，然後忘了！我經常這樣！」

"Come on, don't worry about it. Edward will understand."

「好了，別擔心了，Edward會理解的。」

"I'm so sick and tired of turning into a beast all the time. I just wanna be like everyone else."

「我真是受夠了一天到晚變身成野獸，我只想像其他人一樣。」

"Huh?"

「蛤？」

"Look, there I go again!"

「看吧，又來了！」

"Why are you two following me all the time?!"

「你們兩個幹嘛一直跟著我?!」

"Because we have to rescue you. You saved us when we fell from the tree. So we have to pay you back, even if it takes all year."

「因為我們必須救妳，我們從樹上掉下來的時候，妳救了我們，所以我們必須回報妳，即使得花上一整年的時間。」

"I'm doomed!"

「我完了！」

"It's very easy, Mr. Rogers."

「這非常簡單，Rogers先生。」

"No, no, it's not! It's hard, complicated. I'll do it."

「不，不，不簡單！很難的！很複雜，我來做。」

"Thanks, Arthur, but I can mail them."

「謝了，Arthur，但我可以自己寄。」

"No, I've got them. You stay here, Mr. Rogers, I'll do it. --Just stay here."

「不，我來處理，你待在這裡，Rogers先生，我來。--待在這裡就好。」

"He's like this all the time. You'll get used to it."

「他總是這樣，你會習慣的。」

"Mommy! Rosie won't stop bothering me."

「媽咪！蘿西一直在打擾我。」

"Maybe she just wants to play with you.

「也許她只是想跟你玩。」

"But I don't wanna play with her."

「但我不想跟她玩。」

"Caillou, I'm busy. And I can't be solving your problems all the time."

「卡由，我在忙，而且我也無法一天到晚解決你們的問題。」

"But Mommy..."

「但是媽咪…」

"You and Rosie have to learn how to work out your own problems."

「你和蘿西得自己學會如何解決你們自己的問題。」

"Since the baby came, you've been so busy with her, you've forgot all about me."

「自從小寶寶來了以後，你們就一直忙著顧她，完全把我給忘了。」

"Yes, I know we've been busy, but your baby sister needs a lot of attention."

「對，我知道我們一直很忙，但你的小妹妹需要很多的關注。」

"Just like you did when you were a baby."

「就像你還是小寶寶的時候一樣。」

"Did I cry all the time like she does?"

「我會像她一樣一天到晚都在哭嗎？」

"Oh, yes, all babies do. That's how they tell their family they need things."

「喔，是的，所有的寶寶都一樣。那就是他們告訴家人他們有需求的方式。」

"I'm really sorry, Mom."

「我真的很抱歉，媽。」

"I know, honey."

「我知道，親愛的。」

"You helped me paint the fence, so I wanted to help you do the laundry. I guess Dad should have left someone more responsible in charge."

「你幫忙我粉刷柵欄，所以我也想幫忙妳洗衣服。我猜爸應該讓較有擔當的人來負責才對。」

"Being responsible doesn't mean you can't ask for help. Sometimes a job is just too big for one person. Your father and I help each other all the time."

「負責任並不表示你不能請求幫忙呀。有時候一項工作就是對一個人來說太繁重了，我和你父親就時時互相幫忙。」
