Where have you been?　你去哪裡了？

你的朋友整個早上或一整天都不見蹤影，現在突然出現了，就可以問他 "Where have you been?" 表示「從過去的某時間一直到現在，這段時間你去哪裡了？」。

在生活口語中，常常會唸成 "Where've you been?" 聽起來好像全部的音都連在一起了，多聽幾遍情境影片中的示範，你會習慣的。

情境影片：

"Where have you been all day?"

「你整天都到哪去了？」

 

"Franklin!"

  

「法蘭克林！」

"Oh, no."

  

「噢，不。」

"Where have you been? I was waiting at the pond for a long time."

  

「法蘭克林，你去哪裡了？我在池塘邊等了好久。」

"Well, I, uhhh."

  

「那個，我，呃...」

 

 

"Where have you been?"

  

「你去哪裡了？」

"Hospital."

  

「醫院。」

 

"Where have you been? We're at war!"

  

「妳去哪裡了？我們正在戰鬥！」

"With who?"

  

「跟誰？」

"The vampires!"

  

「吸血鬼！」

 

"Ah, my doll! I thought I lost you, but here you are! Where have you been all this time?"

  

「啊，我的洋娃娃！我以為我弄丟妳了，原來妳在這兒！這段時間妳都到哪去了？」
